WARRANTY
Your appliance is covered by a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a fault develops
during this period, please return the unit to your nearest Tesco store together with the original
receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty in no way aects your consumer rights.

If the unit is in regular use, store it fully asssembled, but with the water tank empty and the louvres
closed to avoid accidents.
For longer term storage, it may be preferable to store the unit disassembled with the cooler unit
inverted and placed in the water tank. It is important to rst dry the unit out (empty the water tank
then run only the fan for a few hours) then store the appliance in a safe, dry location.
If stored disassembled, we recommend using the original (or appropriately sized) box.
If stored assembled or disassembled but unboxed, protect the cooler from dust.

The unit does not start
Ensure the cooler is plugged into the mains socket, and the mains is switched on.
The outlet louvres are closed.
The unit makes a strange noise when operating
The air lter and/or the inlet hose lter is clogged.
The unit is on ‘Cooler’ function and the water is running out or the tank is empty.
No response to handset commands
The handset batteries are at, there is not a clear line of sight between the handset and cooler.
Point the handset at the control panel at the top of the cooler.
