Why is there no sound in Bluetooth mode on my Teufel Stereo System Rockster?
    • S
      stephanie25Jul 27, 2025
If you're experiencing a lack of sound in Bluetooth mode on your Teufel Rockster, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure that a Bluetooth connection has been established. Also, verify that “ROCKSTER 1” or “ROCKSTER 2” is selected as the output device on your source device via Bluetooth®. Interference from other radio systems like cordless phones, microphones, or Wi-Fi could also be the cause; try relocating the Rockster and/or source device to another location or room to test.

What to do if my Teufel Stereo System Rockster doesn't emit sound?
    • T
      Tiffany CarrAug 4, 2025
If your Teufel Rockster isn't producing any sound, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the Rockster is powered on using the main power switch and verify the mains cable and socket are functional. Next, check the POWER MODE switch is correctly set. If the built-in rechargeable battery is depleted, connect the Rockster to a mains socket for charging. Also, inspect the mains fuse; if defective, replace it with a 3.15 A delayed action fuse. Similarly, check the rechargeable battery fuse and replace it with a 60 A fuse if necessary. Lastly, confirm the volume isn't set to “0” and increase it using the MAIN VOL and VOLUME controls.

What to do if my Teufel Stereo System Rockster hums?
    • C
      chavezchristopherAug 9, 2025
If your Teufel Rockster is humming, it might be due to a few reasons. One possibility is that the Rockster is connected to a different power circuit than the rest of your system; try connecting the Rockster and source device/preamplifier to the same power circuit. Alternatively, the humming could be caused by power supply issues, in which case you could buy a line filter and connect all devices to it. Also, the humming might be caused by a multiple socket strip. Try using a different multiple socket strip or connect the Rockster directly to the wall socket.

If your Teufel ROCKSTER Stereo System isn't producing sound, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the device is switched on using the On/Off button and that the mains cord is properly connected to the socket. If it's still not working, the built-in rechargeable battery might be empty; connect the ROCKSTER to a mains socket to charge it. Also, check both the mains fuse and the rechargeable battery fuse, replacing them if defective (3.15 A delayed action for mains, 60 A for rechargeable battery). Finally, verify that the volume isn't set to “0” and increase it using the MAIN VOLUME and VOLUME controls.

If a hum is coming from your Teufel ROCKSTER Stereo System speaker, it might be related to power circuit issues. Try connecting the ROCKSTER and the source device/preamplifier to the same power circuit. The hum could also be due to line disturbance; in this case, use a line filter for all devices. If you're using a multiple socket strip, that might be the cause; try a different one or connect the ROCKSTER directly to the wall socket.
