Notice ! Always turn off the engine before fuelling. Never put fuel on a machine that is
running or when the engine is hot (cooling time at least 2 minutes). Move more than 3
meters away from the pla ce where you put fuel on the engine before it is started.

How to start a cold engine
1. Place the trimmer on a flat, even surface. Turn the
switch ( A) to Start
2. The fuel pump, placed under the air filter, is pressed a
few times.
3. Turn t he choke handle to choke.
4. Pull the starting cord until the engine starts running.
5. Turn the choke handle to run position.
How to start a warm engine
1. Turn the choke handle to OFF .
2. Pull the starting cord until the engine starts running.
How to stop th e engine
1. Release the throttle control.
2. Turn the switch ( A) to STOP .
6. Operation of trimmer head
- When the engine stops, the rotating trimmer head must be held closed to the grass
until it stops rotating.
- Always operate with both hands.
- The machine must not be used if the safety guard is not mounted and is not in good
shape.
- Always stop the engine before removing objects stuck in the trimmer head.
- You must not touch or try to stop the trimmer head while it is rotating and the engine
is on.
- A rotatin g trimmer head can cause injury as it keeps turning after the engine has
been stopped or the throttle control has been released. Always keep control of the
machine until the trimmer head stops rotating .
- Make sure the trimmer head is mounted correctly and safely before use
- Use only original spare parts.
