E1 Robot outside the
work area
Check if the robot is within the work area. If yes:
1. Check if the charging station is properly connected to the
power supply and outlet.
2. Check if the boundary wires are correctly plugged into the
charging station connector (red/black).
E11 No boundary wire
signal
Check the charging station's LED diode while the robot is
within the work area. If it lights up red, it means that there is no
signal through the boundary wire.
1. Check if the boundary wires are correctly plugged into the
charging station connector (red/black).
2. Check if there is a breakage along the boundary wire.
E2 Wheel motor
blocked (locked/
damaged)
1. Turn off the robot completely (hold down the off button)
and carry it to a flat area without obstacles.
2. Turn on the robot, enter PIN code, press START and OK
3. If the error message still appears, turn off the robot. Turn
the robot upside down and check if there is anything
preventing the wheels from spinning.
4. Remove any obstacle that blocks the wheels, turn the
robot back again, turn it on and press START and then
OK.
E3 Blade engine
blocked
1. Turn off the robot completely (hold down the off button)
2. Turn the robot upside down and check if there is anything
that prevents the blade disc from rotating
3. Remove any obstacle that blocks the blade disc.
4. Move the robot to an area with short grass or adjust the
cutting height to max (60 mm). Turn it on, press START
and then OK.
E4 Obstacle sensor
does not work.
1. The upper cover may not be mounted correctly.
Press it firmly down on the machine (onto the 4 sensor
sticks)
2. Turn off the robot and carry it to a flat area without
obstacles.
3. Remove the upper cover (see section 20) and check if
there are 2 round magnets next to each other on the inside
- in front near the inner edge. If the magnets are missing,
the top cover must be replaced.
4. Turn on the robot, press START and then OK.
E5 The robot has
been lifted
1. Turn off the robot and carry it to a flat area without
obstacles.
2. Turn on robot, enter PIN code, press START and then OK.
3. If the error message still appears, turn off the robot, turn it
upside down and check if there is anything preventing the
front wheel axle from rotating.
4. Remove any obstacle that blocks the front wheel, turn the
robot over again. Turn it on, enter PIN code and press
START and then OK.
E6 Sensor detected
that the robot has
been tipped over.
1. Check if slopes are too steep or too wet to drive up, or if
the robot hit something that caused it to tip over. If
necessary, this area should be avoided when moving the
boundary cable.
2. Turn the robot over in the correct position, press START
and then OK.
