mustbeaccomplishedbyanFAAapprovedPart145PropellerRepairStationorinternational
equivalentbypersonneltrainedtorepairMcCauleycompositepropellercomponentsorthe
propellerblademustberemovedfromserviceandscrapped.
(2)Leadingedgeguardthatisdelaminated0.5squareinchormore,theleadingedgemustbe
removedandreplacedorthepropellerblademustberemovedfromserviceandscrapped.
TherepairmustbeaccomplishedbyanFAAapprovedPart145PropellerRepairStation
orinternationalequivalentbypersonneltrainedtorepairMcCauleycompositepropeller
components.
7.SpinnerRepair
A.NorepairispermittedonanyMcCauleyspinner,spinnerfrontsupport,orspinnerbulkhead.Follow
theseguidelinestodetermineifapartisairworthy:
(1)Iftheparthasscratchesandminordents,thepartcancontinuetobeused.
(2)Ifthepartiscracked,thepartmustbereplaced.

A.AllrepairstothepropellerhubmustbeaccomplishedatanFAAapprovedPart145PropellerRepair
StationorinternationalequivalentbypersonneltrainedtorepairMcCauleypropellerhubs.
