-Inspect the valve seats and show no signs of damages or crack.
Measure the inside diameter of valve stem seal.
Wear limit of inlet valve stem seal is 0.08mm.
Wear limit of exhaust valve stem seal is 0.10mm.
-Measure the width of the impression on the
valve seat.
Wear limit is 1.8mm maximum.
-Lubricate the valve stems and suit them to the guides. Fit the springs, the upper cups and the
lock cones.
-Fit the valves with special tool carefully.
The springs may come off, it is dangerous.
-Gently tap the valve stems with a plastic
nammer to make the cones in their seats.
Be carefully, when doing this work.
-Insert the two rocker arms shaft.
-Fit a new cylinder head gasket and keep the
surfaces of gasket and keep the surfaces of
gasket clean.
