What to do if there is no sound from The Singing Machine STVG-513?
    • E
      Edward HerreraJul 26, 2025
If you're getting no sound from your Singing Machine Karaoke System, first, check if the volume control is set to minimum and turn it up. If you're using a TV or PA system, make sure its volume is also turned up and the power is on. Ensure the AUX OUT jacks are correctly connected. Select the correct function on the Karaoke System. Also, make sure the disc is inserted correctly (not upside down) and is clean and not scratched or warped. Use only standard discs. If moisture has formed inside the CD deck, wait 20 to 30 minutes for it to dry out. As a last resort, disconnect the machine from the power source for 30 seconds to reset it.

If no song lyrics appear on the screen of your Singing Machine Karaoke System, ensure the video cable is properly connected from the VIDEO OUT of the Karaoke System to the VIDEO IN of your TV. Also, make sure the source selector on your TV is set to VIDEO. If your TV lacks a video line input, connect the system's VIDEO OUT to the VIDEO IN of your VCR, or use an RF Modulator connected to the TV cable input. Ensure that you are using a CDG disc.
