What to do if Thermo Scientific 42i Measuring Instruments alarms - Conv. Temp?
- GGregory LopezSep 13, 2025
If your Thermo Scientific Measuring Instruments unit is showing a Conv. Temp alarm, it means the converter temperature is low. The molybdenum converter should be hot to the touch; if it isn't, the heater may have failed. Check that the converter temperature set point is approximately 325 °C and that the voltage to the heater is 115 VAC.
