If your selection is USER DEFINED, the following screens are displayed.
Define if you want add a heading string in your report. Strings can be used to add
the Customer name as well as other information that you want to include in the
print format.

Once you have defined the string, you have to specify where the string is to be
placed on the printed report. The coordinate is given in the following way:
