WINDOWS FIREWALL BLOCKING COMMUNICATIONS
Temporarily switch off the Windows firewall from the Windows ‘Control Panel’. If this resolves the communications problem
turn windows firewall back on and use the ‘allow program through windows firewall’ option to allow the SPC3d software
through the windows firewall.
Note the procedure to set this option maybe slightly different for each Windows Operating system.
If this does not resolve the problem then the windows firewall is not blocking the communications between the SPC3d software
and the GapGun MX+ handle.
