Position the hitch assembly to rest on the bike arm assembly.
Ensure the lock-up pin is engaged and loosely assemble the lower locking handle.
Rotate the upper bike assembly 180 degrees.
Position the No Sway Cage beneath the T3 cradle.
Ensure the center fin of the No Sway Cage is seated in the T3 cradle's center channel.
Close both clamps around the hitch arm until they click.
Pass the lock over bike frames and lock cable on the locking post.
Loosen the lower locking handle and pull the pin to open the carrier.
Push the bottom half of the bike arm assembly open while rotating the upper half.
Pull upper handle, rotate arms, close carrier, and ensure lock-up pin clicks.
