STARTUP CONFIGURATION
RIGHT-CLICK THE DESKTOP ICON:
And select “Run As Administrator”
And you will see this Startup Screen:

Since this is the first time the software has been run, the configuration
settings must be entered. You will normally be required to do this only
once.
