Prepare the ingredients, place
them in the inner pan, and close
the lid.
Soup Menu
After being brought to a boil, the soup is simmered at
about 98ºC.
Stew Menu
After being brought to a boil, the stew is simmered
at about 98ºC, and then reduced to about 93ºC for
further cooking.
For details on cooking soups and stews, see the
separate COOK BOOK.
Place the ingredients in the inner pan up to the
Plain Rice mark.
If the ingredients exceed the maximum amount or
are less than the minimum amount, the food may
not cook properly or the rice cooker may boil over.

When simmering in stock or soup, use cold stock or
soup to start cooking.
When using potato starch to thicken sauces, add it at
the end of cooking.
