Q: Does your hardware support AirPlay and third-party DLNA apps?
A: Yes. They support airplay as well as third-party apps such as MusicBee and Foobar2000.
Q: How many zones can be combined in a single system?
A: The maximum number of rooms is 12, with 8 zones being recommended.
Q: How far can your wireless audio system travel?
A: After connecting the system to your WiFi router, you can stream your music anywhere there is a WiFi
signal.
Q: Does it support high-resolution music?
A: Yes. Within the normal bit rate range, our devices can play APE and FLAC. They can also decode
24bit/192kHz music les.
Q: How many languages are you able to support?
A: Our devices will automatically detect and change the language of your mobile device. We currently
support English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese, with additional
languages on the way.
Q: Q: Do you support any online music services?
A: Spotify, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Napster, Tuneln radio, internet radio, and iHeartRadio
are some of the services available.
Q: Can I listen to local music?
A: Yes. Music from “MY MUSIC” can be played on the app from local storage devices such as mobile
device storage, USB thumb drives, and NAS.
Q: Is the device compatible with Windows devices?
A: While the Windows application is not currently available, users on Windows PCs can connect to iTunes,
Foobar2000, and Spotify.
Q: Can all music sources be played simultaneously in multiroom mode?
A: Yes, online music services, as well as digital and analog input, can all stream in multiroom mode.
