Q: Why my camera can't work with my wi-?
A: If this is the frist time you connect the camera to your wi-, Please conrm
that whether or not you typed the right wi cryptogram. Many people can't
connect the camera to their wi because of the wrong wi cryptogram.
Q: I can't access the camera now, I had good connection yesterday, But
today i can't get it?
A: Whether your router cryptogram was modied? if yes, please update the
camera wi cryptogram. if you sure your wi cryptogram was not changed,
please reboot your router and your camera, because most of routers don't
allow too many devices to connect in the same time, so it may be blocked by
your router.
If you’re going to start a vacation and are away from your
home, in order to make your Titathink camera working
normally every day. You should be enable the Camera
Watchdog for periodical reboot to ensure your camera can
reboot itself to avoid the network blockage problem. This way
is very helpful to keep your camera online all the time.
