FAQ for MicroSD Card
Q: Why my camera is not able to recognize my MicroSD Card?
A: The camera only recognize the MicroSD Card which le system is FAT32
format, so please format your MicroSD Card use FAT32 fomat via your PC.
Most 128G MicroSD card default le system is exFAT or NTFS format,
so if you want to use 128G SD card , please format the MicroSD card
use FAT32 format via your PC before insert into the camera.
Q: Why the record le on MicroSD card is error le?
A: Please use High speed Class 4 MicroSD card or better to store the video
date, because stored procedures are fast, if use low speed card,
it may generate errors.
Do not use a MicroSD card containing date recorded by another device as
this may result in the camera not functioning correctly.
Q: Can the SD card be accessed ?
A: Yes, you can view the recordings on microSD card through the app
Anyscene. And also you can remotely access the microSD card when you
sign in to the web server that
is built into the camera via your computer Browser( About how to sign in to
the web server please refer to "Camera Advanced setting via your Computer
Browser" section of this instruction).
FAQ for Connection
Q: I have did all above said, but my camera still can't connect to my Wi-Fi
network
A: Please follow below steps to check this issue.
1, Pls temporarily remove wireless security from your router for a quick
experiment to see if the setup succeeds with no password. then put the
password back in and try again. Many times this will refresh your memory
about the exact spelling of your password.
2, May be your router was set up with tightest possible security which allow
only known devices to connect to your network. In this
case do not forget to add the camera MAC address to your allowed list and
try again. You can get the camera MAC address by "Camera Live" search.
3, It could be that the camera is too far from your router, you can use a
laptop at the camera location, if your laptop shows less than 80%(4 bars)
signal strength that may be unreliable, so you may want to get the camera
main unit close to your router, and try again.
Q: Monitor on my iPhone is dark, even though it says Connected?
A: Connection between sensor unit (Lens unit) and mainboard unit (Host
unit) is failure. Please power off your camera, and check the connection and
try to plug-in and plug-out to x the connection. Please make sure the cable
of Lens unit has been connected to the "CAM" port of host unit. Many people
