Q: Why "AnyScene" can't get the camera Remote IP address
A: 1, Please make sure your router "UPNP" function was enabled,
if your router "UPNP" function was disabled, "AnyScene" will not
get the Remote address.
2, If your router "UPNP" has already enabled, this issue may be
cause by the upnp cache, so please power off your router and the
camera, and power on again, and then try to get the the camera
Remote IP address again.
Please use the camera local IP address to access via your smart
device browse if your camera and your smart device are in some
local area network.
Please use the camera Remote IP address to access via your
smart device browse if you are outside and the camera is at
home.
If your smart device is iphone or ipad, please tap the camera
ip address to access. If your smart device is Android phone or
tablet, please open a browsers, and enter the ip address into the
browsers's address bar (with http:// in front), then hit the enter
key to access the Camera Advanced setting Web Page. Click
on "Setting", and enter the username and password to login. The
default of username and password are "admin".
