How to assign a static IP to the camera
Please get into camera advanced setting page to assign a static IP to
the camera via your computer or smart device. Please refer to previous
section for how to access camera advanced setting web page.
On the camera advanced setting web page. Click " Network " and
select "TCP/IP Setup". Click on " Use the following IP address "
[IP address] Type the IP address of your camera(Required)
[Subnet mask] The default setting of 255.255.255.0 is correct
unless you have a very unusual home network.
[Default gateway] Enter your router's address in this box.
[DNS IP address] Enter DNS IP address in this box.
Click "Apply" to save.
Camera Watchdog
Please get into camera advanced setting page to setup the Camera
Watchdog the camera via your computer or smart device. Please
refer to previous section for how to access camera advanced
setting web page.
If you’re going to start a vacation and are away from your
home, in order to make your Titathink camera working
normally every day. You should be enable the Camera
Watchdog for periodical reboot to ensure your camera can
reboot itself to avoid the network blockage problem. This way
is very helpful to keep your camera online all the time.
