Before you access the camera via a web browser, make sure that you have a good network
connection and that the system requirements given below are met.

Web browser viewing:
• During normal use (without ActiveX control), your
browser may encounter problems showing video
feed, or show reduced frame rate. This is normal
and does not affect performance in your VMS client
• With Microsoft Edge, you can enable Compatibility
Mode via the browser settings. After this, show the
camera web page in Compatibility Mode to install
and activate its ActiveX control.
The ActiveX control will allow for the same streaming
performance as also found in your VMS client.
