Mini Galley ( Optional )
The Min i Galley is located ot the center reor of the coach and
i nc l udes the following components; a com po ct refrigerator, hot a nd/ or
cold
beverage containers and storage cabinet.
OPERA TI NG INSTRUCTIONS
1. Set thermostat knob , in s ide refrigerator , to desir ed temperoture
min . + 1 ( 48 ° F/ 9°C ) or Mox. +5 (32°F/ 0°C ). Make sure Red reset
button is latched "IN" .
2.
With engine run n ing, "NO GEN ." T/ T lig ht " OFF" a nd Mini Ga ll ey
control switch " ON " ot Driver 's switch pane l, place refrigerator
24V switch to " ON ". Amber .power li ght wi ll come on.
3.
After 20 m in . of operation , check interior of refr i ge r ator for o
not i ceable temperature drop . Refr igerator should drop to cold
operating temperature in 1 hour .
NOTE: If temp. d rap is not evident by cooli ng of the freezer plate , refer

4. For l lOV AC power ope r ation: plug in 3 prong grou n ded plug
power cord into receptac le prov i ded on the outside l eft rear of the
cooch (110V 60 Hz o nl y). Select 1 10VAC refrigerato r operat ion on
ihe control panel at the fron t of the min i ga ll ey.
5. Hot
beverage dispensers w ill a u tomatically shi ft from 24V DC to
11 OV AC . Amber lights w il l now be " ON '' f or refrigerato r and
warmer s.
6. Hostess li ght w il l not operate on 11 OV AC ( Note Step 2, Operotio n
only ).
7. When
not ,n use, the refrigerator sho uld be em ptied , cleaned,
dr
ied and t he door left ajor .
