Exit
Hatch
Two
emergency
escape
hatches
ore
located
in
the
roof,
opening
size
approximately
18" x
25"
(
457
x
635mm
).
To
open
in
case
of
EMERGENCY, pull
ha
nd
le
fu
ll
y to unlock a nd
push
hatch
open.
To
close,
pull
hatch
down
with
handle
in
open
position
the
n
push
handle
to lock
h
atc
h.
Emergency
Ventilation
For
emergency
ventilation
the
hatch
may
be
portiolly
opened
os
above
then
held
by
engoging
the
spring
and
prop
mechanism
. From
this position,
upwa
rd
pressure
on
the
hatch
wi
ll
release
spring
engagement
and
allow
ha
tch
to
be
fully
opened
.
If
hatch
is
to
be
closed
from o
partia
lly
open
pos
ition
the
prop
must
!,e
disengoged
by
either
opening
the
hot
ch
unt
il
prop
is
freed
or
by pivoti
ng
the
prop
arm
out
of
the
open
end
of
spring.
CAUTION:
Beware
of
low
overhead
clearances
if
running
with
roof
hatches
open
.
The
emergency
ventilation
controls
are
intended
for
use
only
to
enable
the
vehicle
to
reach
a
service
point
in
case
of
air
conditioning
system
failure.
Couse
of
air
conditioning
loss
should
be
located
and
corrected
before
further
operation.
When
trouble
hos
been
corrected
,
make
sure
tha
t
emergency
ventilation
controls
ore
returned
to th
e
normal
operating
positions
.
