Keeping you TOMCAR® Clean
DANGER
Care must be taken while cleaning your vehicle. The battery pack and motor housing are not sealed for side splashing.
• Never wash a vehicle while it is powered ON or connected to the charger.
• Do not use direct water flow for cleaning the battery box area.
• Do not use direct water flow for cleaning the motor housing or motor controller.
• Avoid direct water flow directly on the dashboard.
• If a high-pressure type car wash system is used, extreme care must be taken to avoid water damage to the
wheel bearings, transmission seals, body panels, brakes, headlights and warning labels.
The safest way to clean your vehicle is by using a hose and a pail of mild soap and water. Use a professional-type
washing mitten, cleaning the upper body first and the lower parts last. Rinse with water frequently and dry with a
chamois to prevent water spots.
By doing so, your TOMCAR ® will not only improve in appearance, but it can also extend the life of various
components.
Protect your vehicle by using a protective cover (available from TOMCAR®)
NOTE:
If warning labels are damaged, contact your TOMCAR® supplier for a replacement.
