11.2 Calling a Direct Memory number
• Press the ‘ ’ button
• Press the desired memory location (0 ~ 9, *, #)
12 Calculator mode
The T41 has a calculator function. You can press the CAL-button to activate the
calculator and the ‘ ’ - button to deactivate it.
Telephone will exit from calculator mode automatically when following issues
happened in calculator mode:
• Pick up the receiver or press the ‘ ’ - button to make or receive a call.
• If the alarm is activated.
13 Alarm
The T41 has an alarm function.
To set the alarm
• Press the Set button ‘ ’
• Press the - button or the - button to select ‘SET 5 ALAR’
• Press the Set button ‘ ’ to enter alarm setup mode. ‘1 00-00 OFF’ is displayed.
• Press the - button or the - button to select alarm group number (1-3)
• Press the Set button ‘ ’ to confirm
• Press the - button or the - button to set first digit of the hour.
• Press the Set button ‘ ’ to confirm
• Follow the same instruction for the second digit of the hour and the minutes.
• After setting the minutes, press the ‘ ’ - button to confirm and press the -
button or the - button to turn the alarm On or Off.
• Press the ‘ ’ - button to confirm and enter the next setting
Note: If no button is pressed within 5 seconds or press the - button , the unit
will return to standby mode after saved your current seting automatically.
Remark: Total 3 groups alarm can be set. Alarm ringing will continue for one
minute when the alarm sound is heard. You can also press any key to stop the
alarm sound after you heard it. Alarm sound will be stopped automatically when
the telephone is in the mode of setting, off hook or one incoming call is calling.
The type and volume of alarm sound can not be adjusted.
