Troubleshooting
PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION
System will not make water.
• Refrigerator ball valve (isolaon valve)
not closed or needs to be installed in
the closed posion.
• Not enough feed water pressure.
• Feed valves are closed.
• Tubing may be connected to wrong
port.
• TDS may be too high
• Water temperature too low
• Close isolaon valve or needs to be added as
described in Secon 1, Pages 14 & 15 and Sec-
on 2, Pages 16-22, and follow procedure.
• House regulator may need to be increased or
add a pump.
• Primary Shut-O Valve, Emergency Shut-O
Valve, Angle stops.
• See Page 14 connecon.
• Out of spec
• Out of spec.
System has a trickle of water from
faucet and has never iniated to a
high ow volume.
• Refrigerator ball valve (isolaon valve)
not closed or needs to be installed in

• Leak down line of FA Ports.
• Exceeding storage capacity. Current
storage insucient.
• Close isolaon valve or needs to be added as
described in Secon 1, Pages 14 & 15 and Sec-
on 2, Pages 16-22, and follow procedure.
• Locate leaks and repair.
• Revisit “When more water is needed”, Secon
3, Page 24.
System is cycling on and o on its
own with faucets closed.
• Air trapped in FA line or water leak.
• Pre & Post lters are in the wrong
locaons.
• Bad Internal check valve in post-lter.
• Center “0” rings are missing in post
lter.
• Check for leaks on all FA lines. Close all Isolaon
Valves. If the problem stops, you have a leak
down the FA line. Repair any leaks you may
nd. (SYSTEM WILL NOT FUNCTION WITH ANY
LEAKS IN THE FA LINES).
• Match lter with the proper posion on RO
system.
• Change the post-lter.
• Replace “0” rings or replace lter.
