If your TorcUP Power Tool pump isn't building up pressure, several factors could be at play. Begin by checking the relief valve for any defects, and consider adjusting or replacing it if necessary. Ensure that your air supply and hose size meet the recommendations outlined in the pump manual. For electric pumps, verify that the amperage, voltage, and extension cord size are compliant with the pump manual's requirements. Replace the gauge if it is defective. Also, check the oil level and replenish the pump reservoir if it's low. Lastly, inspect the pump filter for clogs; clean or replace it as needed.
