break-inperiod.
Therstseveralhoursofoperationarecriticaltofuture
dependabilityofthemachine.Youmustmonitorthe
machineperformancecloselysothatminordifculties,
whichcouldleadtomajorproblems,arenotedand
canbecorrected.Duringtherstfewhoursof
operation,inspectthemachinefrequentlyforsignsof
oilleakage,loosefasteners,oranyothermalfunction.
Refertotheengineowner’smanualforthe
recommendedbreak-in-periodoilchangeand
maintenanceprocedures.
