1.Positionthemachineonaclean,levelsurface,lower
thecuttingunits,stoptheengine,engagetheparking
brake,andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Removethereelmotorsfromthecuttingunitsand
disconnectandremovethecuttingunitsfromthelift
arms.
3.Connectthebacklappingmachinetothecuttingunit
byinsertingapieceof3/8inchsquarestockintothe
splinedcouplingintheendofthecuttingunit.

Note:Forabettercuttingedge,runaleacrossthe
frontfaceofthebedknifeandreelwhenthelapping
