2.Packboththebearingswithgrease.Install1bearingintothecuponinboard
sideofthewheelhub.Lubricatetheinnersurfaceofthenewsealandpress
itintothewheelhub.
3.Packinsideofthewheelhubwithsomegrease(notfull).Positionremaining
bearingintotheouterbearingcup.
4.Slidethewheelhubassemblyontothespindleshaftandsecureitinplace
withthetabwasherandjamnut.Donottightenthenutorinstallthecotterpin.
5.Rotatethewheelhubbyhandandtightenthejamnutto8.5to11.3N·m
(75to100in-lb)tosetthebearings.Then,loosenthenutuntilthehub
hasend-play.
6.Rotatethewheelhubbyhandandtightenthejamnutto1.7to2.3N·m(15
to20in-lb).Afteryoutightenthejamnut,ensurethatthewheelhubdoes
nothaveanyfreeplay.
7.Installtheretainerwithslotalignedtothecotterpinholeinthespindle.
Installthecotterpin.
8.Installthedustcap.
9.Installtherearwheel;refertoWheels(page7–4).
10.Removethejackstandsorblocksandlowerthemachinetotheground.
