1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdeck,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Supportthedriveshafttopreventitfromfalling.
3.Removethe6socket-headscrewsand6lockwashersthatsecurethe
driveshaftfrontyokeangetothefrontaxleange(item8inFigure253).
4.Removethe6socket-headscrewsand6lockwashersthatsecurethe
driveshaftrearyokeangetothebi-directionalclutch(item1inFigure253).
5.Removetherearaxledriveshaftfromthemachine.
