RemovingtheRoofAssembly
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdeck,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removethe16washer-headscrews(item1inFigure308)thatsecurethe
roofcover,coverseals,androofstrapstotheroof.
3.Removethe22shoulderscrews(item5inFigure308),22atwashers,and
22angenutsthatsecuretheroofandcabstrapstotheheadliner.
4.Carefullylifttherooffromtheheadlinerandcab.
5.Inspectalltheroofsealsforwearordamage.Replacetheroofsealsas
necessary.
InstallingtheRoofAssembly
1.Ensurethatallthecomponentsintheheadlinerareinstalledandsecure.
2.Positiontheroofontotheheadliner.Ensurethatalltheroofmountingholes
arecorrectlyalignedwiththeheadliner.
3.Securetherooftotheheadlinerwiththe22shoulderscrews(item5inFigure
308),22atwashers,cabstraps,and22angenutsthatwereremoved.
4.Securetheroofcover,coverseals,androofstrapstotheroofwiththe16
washer-headscrewsthatwereremoved.
