calledtheDETENTpositionbecauseitdoesnot
requireoperatorpresence.
Speed-SelectorLever
•Tosetthetractiondrive,loaderarms,and
attachmenttilttohighspeedandtheauxiliary
hydraulicstolowspeed,movethespeed-selector
levertotheFORWARDposition.
•Tosettheauxiliaryhydraulicstohighspeedand
thetractiondrive,loaderarms,andattachmenttilt
tolowspeed,movethespeed-selectorleverto
theREARWARDposition.
WARNING
Ifyoumovethespeed-selectorleverwhilethe
machineisinmotion,themachinewilleither
stopsuddenlyoracceleratequickly.Ifyou
operatethemachinewiththespeed-selector
leverinanintermediateposition,themachine
willoperateerraticallyandmaybedamaged.
Youcouldlosecontrolofthemachineand
injurebystandersoryourself.
•Donotmovethespeed-selectorleverwhen
themachineisinmotion.
•Donotoperatethemachinewhenthe
speedselectorisinanyintermediate
position(i.e.,anypositionotherthanfully
forwardorfullyrearward).
HourMeter/Tachometer
Whentheengineisoff,thehourmeter/tachometer
displaysthenumberofhoursofoperationloggedon
themachine.Whentheengineisrunning,itdisplays
thespeedoftheengineinrevolutionsperminute
(rpm).
After50hoursandthenevery100hoursthereafter
(i.e.,150,250,350,etc.)thescreendisplaysCHG
OILtoremindyoutochangetheengineoil.
Afterevery100hours,thescreendisplaysSVC
toremindyoutoperformtheothermaintenance
proceduresbasedona100-,200-,or400-hour
schedule.
Note:Theseremindersappear3hourspriortothe
serviceintervaltimeandashatregularintervalsfor
6hours.
