Thethrottleandchokeiscombinedintoonecontrollever.
Thethrottlecontrolstheenginespeedandithasacontinuous
variablesettingfromSlowtoFast.Engagethechokeby
movingtheleverpasttheFastsettinguntilitstops(Figure5).
Blade-controlSwitch(PowerTake-Off)
Theblade-controlswitch,representedbyapowertake-off
(PTO)symbol,engagesanddisengagespowertothemower
blades(Figure5).
Motion-controlLeversandPark
Position
Themotion-controlleversarespeed-sensitivecontrolsof
independentwheelmotors.Movingaleverforwardor
backwardturnsthewheelonthesamesideforwardorin
reverse;wheelspeedisproportionaltotheamountthelever
ismoved.Movethecontrolleversoutwardfromthecenter
totheparkpositionandexitthemachine(
Figure17).Always
positionthemotion-controlleversintotheparkposition
whenyoustopthemachineorleaveitunattended.
