If the starter on your Toro Lawn Mower isn't cranking, here are a few things to check: First, make sure the blade-control switch is disengaged. Next, ensure the motion-control levers are in the NEUTRAL-LOCK position by moving them outward. If those aren't the issue, the battery might be dead, so try charging it. Also, check the electrical connections for any corrosion or looseness, ensuring they have good contact. Replace the fuse if it's blown. For a damaged relay or switch, it's best to contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
