The choke may not be on, so move the choke lever fully forward. The fuel valves may be closed, so open them. The air cleaner might be dirty, so replace the air cleaner element. Spark plug wires could be loose or disconnected, so install the wires on the spark plugs. The spark plugs might be pitted, fouled, or have an incorrect gap, so install new, correctly gapped spark plugs. There might be dirt in the fuel filter, so replace the fuel filter.
