After the first 50
hours
Check the lug-nut torque.
Before each use or
daily
Check the safety-interlock system.
Inspect the blades.
Inspect the grass deflector for damage.
After each use
Clean grass and debris from the machine.
Every 25 hours
Check the tire pressure.
Check the battery box filter; replace as needed.
Yearly Check the lug-nut torque.
Before storage
Perform all maintenance procedures listed above before storage.
Paint any chipped surfaces.
Pre-Maintenance Procedures
Moving a Non-Functioning Machine
1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage the blade-control switch (PTO).
2. Shut off the machine and remove the key.
3. Remove the battery packs from the machine.
4. Ensure that the parking brake is disengaged.
WARNING
The machine could unintentionally move while the parking brake is disengaged and
injure you or bystanders.
Engage the parking brake after moving the machine.
5. Push the machine as required.
IMPORTANT
Always push the machine at a slow walking speed; do not tow. Moving the machine at
a faster speed may damage it.
If the display powers on while you push the machine, move the machine at a slower
speed.
6. Engage the parking brake.
