Disassembly
1. Remove groomer arm from cutting unit (see Groom-
er Reel Removal in this section).
2. Disassemble groomer arm using Figure 17 as a
guide.
NOTE: Right and left side HOC groomer arms and lift
arm assemblies are different; other components shown
in Figure 17 are the same on both sides of machine.
NOTE: Grooved pin (item 3) is used to retain lock screw
(item 6) to lift arm assembly.
Assembly
1. Apply antisieze lubricant to threads of groomer lift
rod (item 5) and lift arm assembly (item 8). Assemble
groomer arm using Figure 17 as a guide.
2. Install groomer arm onto cutting unit (see Groomer
Reel Installation in this section).
3. Check height–of–cut and adjust as needed.
