    • L
      laurie47Aug 12, 2025
If your Toro Lawn Mower engine won't start, make sure the PTO (Blade Engage) lever is in the OFF position and the parking brake is engaged. Check that the spark plug wire is connected and the throttle/choke control is in the CHOKE position. Ensure the fuel tank has clean, fresh gas (less than 30 days old) and that the fuel line isn't blocked. Also, inspect the spark plug for faults, and if the engine is flooded, crank it with the throttle in the FAST position.

Also, check if the vent in the gas cap is plugged, and drain the fuel tank if there's water or dirt in the fuel system.
