What to do if my Toro Lawn Mower will not mulch grass?
    • S
      Shawna BarnesAug 21, 2025
If your Toro Lawn Mower isn't mulching grass effectively, make sure the throttle control is in the FAST (rabbit) position. Avoid mowing when the grass is wet; wait until it's dry. If the grass is excessively high, mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again at the desired height, or make a narrower cutting swath. Also, ensure that the blade is sharp; sharpen or replace it if necessary.
