  If your Toro Lawn Mower engine fails to start, ensure the PTO knob or lever is disengaged, the parking brake is engaged, and the spark plug wires are connected. Also, check that the throttle/choke control is in the correct starting position and that the choke is activated. Make sure the fuel tank isn't empty and that you're using fresh gas (less than 30 days old). Clear any blockage in the fuel line, and inspect the spark plug. If the engine is flooded, crank it with the throttle in the FAST position.
