SETUP SPRAY SYSTEM
RATE CHECK
Verify G.P.A. application rate via 1/128th Acre Method
Mark off a test course in a flat area at 204 feet.
Drive the Sprayer with a ½ full tank of water at selected application speed and record the time it takes
to drive 204 feet.

Fine tune Flowmeter
Set Parking Brake.
Fill tank ½ full with water DO NOT add Chemical at this time.
Install Correct Nozzles.
Turn Pump ON/OFF Switch on.
Turn Master Boom Valve on.
Turn Individual Boom Valves on.
Set engine speed and lock in position.
Program test speed in Spray Pro

.
Set App. Rate to____ GPA.
Visually Inspect The Output Of All Nozzles.
Turn Booms and Pump Off.
Perform Rate Check.
