•Smallleakageofliquidfromthebatterypack
mayoccurunderextremeusageortemperature
conditions.However,iftheoutersealisbroken
andthisleakagecomesintocontactwithyour
skin,washtheaffectedareaquicklywithwater.If
theleakagegetsinyoureyes,ushyoureyeswith
cleanwaterforaminimumof10minutesandseek
immediatemedicalattention.
•Neverattempttoopenthebatterypackforany
reason.Iftheplastichousingofthebatterypack
breaksopenorcracks,immediatelydiscontinueits
useanddonotrechargeit.
•Donotstoreorcarryasparebatterypackina
pocketortoolboxoranyotherplacewhereitmay
comeintocontactwithmetalobjects.Thebattery
packmayshort-circuit,causingdamagetothe
batterypack,burns,orare.
•Donotpiercethebatterywithnails,strikethe
batterywithahammer,steponthebattery,or
otherwisesubjectittostrongimpactsorshocks.
•Protectthebatterypackagainstheat.Donot
placethebatteryindirectsunlightoruseorstore
thebatteryinsidecarsinhotweather.Doingso
maycausethebatterytogenerateheat,explode
orignite.
•Nevertrytochargeabatterypackthatiscracked
ordamagedinanyotherway.Thereisadanger
ofelectricshockorelectrocution.
