Procedure
1.Backthetowvehicleuptotheblower.
2.Adjusttheblowerhitchclevistothesamelevel
asthetowvehiclehitchasfollows:
•Setthehitchtubeonajackstandtokeepit
paralleltotheground.
•Removetheboltsandlocknutssecuringthe
hitchclevis(Figure4)tothehitchtube.
•Raiseorlowerthehitchclevistotheposition
approximatelylevelwiththetowvehicle
hitch.
•Securetheclevistothehitchwiththebolts
andlocknutspreviouslyremovedandtorque
to203N⋅m(150ft-lb).Ensurethatthedebris
blowerframeisparallelwiththeground.
3.Adjustthehitchtubelengthtoassuretheblower
doesnotcontactthetowvehiclewhenturning
asfollows:
•Removetheboltsandnutssecuringthehitch
tubetotheframebrackets(Figure4).
•Securethetubetotheframewiththebolts
andangenuts.
4.Connecttheblowerclevishitchtothetowvehicle
hitchwiththehitchpinandclevis(Figure5).
