withthefollowingsafetyinstructions.
Read,understand,andfollowallinstructionsinthe
tractionunitandthecuttingunitOperator’sManual
beforeoperatingthecuttingunit.
Neverallowchildrentooperatethetractionunit
orcuttingunits.Donotallowadultstooperate
tractionunitorcuttingunitswithoutproper
instruction.Onlytrainedoperatorswhohaveread
thismanualshouldoperatethetractionunitor
cuttingunits.
Neveroperatethecuttingunitswhenunderthe
inuenceofdrugsoralcohol.
Keepallshieldsandsafetydevicesinplace.
Ifashield,safetydeviceordecalisillegibleor
damaged,repairorreplaceitbeforeoperatingthe
cuttingunit.Also,tightenanyloosenuts,bolts,
andscrewstoensurethatthecuttingunitisinsafe
operatingcondition.
Alwayswearsubstantial,slip-resistantshoes.
Donotoperatethecuttingunitswhilewearing
sandals,tennisshoes,orsneakers.Also,donot
wearloosettingclothingwhichcouldgetcaught
inmovingparts.Alwayswearlongpants,safety
glasses,andsafetyshoes.
Removealldebrisorotherobjectsthatmight
bepickedupandthrownbythecuttingunit
reelblades.Keepallbystandersawayfromthe
workingarea.
Ifthecuttingbladesstrikeasolidobjectortheunit
vibratesabnormally,shutoffthecuttingunits,park
onaatsurface,settheparkingbrake,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.Checkthecutting
unitfordamagedparts.Repairanydamagebefore
startingandoperatingthecuttingunit.
Lowerthecuttingunitstotheground,andremove
keyfromignitionswitchwheneveryouleavethe
machineunattended.
Ensurethatthecuttingunitsareinsafeoperating
conditionbykeepingnuts,bolts,andscrewstight.
Removethekeyfromtheignitionswitchtoprevent
theenginefromaccidentlystartingwhenservicing,
adjusting,orstoringthemachine.
Performonlythosemaintenanceinstructions
describedinthismanual.Formajorrepairsor
assistance,contactanauthorizedTorodistributor.
