Inspect and tighten or replace the traction pump drive belt. * The charge pressure is low. Check and adjust charge pressure. * The traction pump or wheel motor(s) are worn or damaged. Inspect and replace any worn or damaged traction pump or wheel motor(s).

  If the hydraulic fluid in your Toro Lawn Mower is foaming, it could be due to: * Low oil level in the reservoir. Fill the reservoir to the appropriate oil level. * The hydraulic system using the wrong type of oil. Replace it with the correct type of hydraulic oil. * An air leak in one of the pump suction lines. Inspect and repair any air leaks in the pump suction lines. * Incompatible hydraulic oils mixed in the system. Drain the system and replace with compatible hydraulic oil. * Water in the hydraulic system. Drain the hydraulic system and remove any water.
