Why won't my Toro Construction Equipment engine start?

If your Toro Construction Equipment's engine won't start, struggles to start, or stalls, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the fuel tank isn't empty and that the fuel shut-off valve is open. Make sure the controls are in neutral and the choke is engaged. Check the air cleaner, and clean or replace the elements if they're dirty. Also, ensure the spark plug wire is securely connected. If the spark plug is damaged, replace it. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there might be dirt, water, or stale fuel in the fuel system.
