mm(0.31inch).Theleftandrightheightsofcutare
alsopresettowithin±0.7mm(0.03inch)oftheother.
Thecuttingunitisdesignedtowithstandblade
impactswithoutdeformingthechamber.Iftheblade
strikesasolidobject,inspectthebladefordamage
andthebladeplaneforaccuracy.
InspectingtheBladePlane
1.Removethehydraulicmotorfromthecutting
unitandremovethecuttingunitfromthetraction
unit.
Note:Useahoist(oraminimumof2people)
andplacethecuttingunitonaattable.
2.Markanendofthebladewithapaintpenor
marker.
Note:Usethisendofthebladetocheckall
heights.
3.Positionthecuttingedgeofthemarkedend
ofthebladeatthe12o’clockposition(straight
aheadinthedirectionofmowing)andmeasure
theheightfromthetabletothecuttingedgeof
theblade(Figure71).
