CAUTION
Keepawayfromreelsduringtesttopreventpersonalinjuryfrom
rotatingreelblades.
10.Haveasecondpersonoccupyseat,pressreelengageswitchtoON,and
thenmovelower-mow/raiseleverforwardtoengagecuttingunits.
IMPORTANT
Whenperformingthistest,donotholdoverreliefanylongerthan
necessarytoobtainpressurereading.
11.Watchpressuregaugecarefullywhileslowlyclosingthetesterowcontrol
valve.
12.Asthereliefvalvelifts,systempressureshouldbe:
From16,900to17,900kPa(2,450to2,600psi)forreliefvalve(R1)
From23,800to24,800kPa(3,450to3,600psi)forreliefvalve(R2)
13.Openthetesterowcontrolvalve,disengagecuttingunits,andshutoffthe
engine.
14.Ifpressureisincorrect,removesolenoidvalveonmowmanifoldand
cleanorreplacevalve;refertoServicingtheMowControlManifold
Assembly(page6–191).Also,ifpressureisstilllowaftersolenoidvalve
service,checkforrestrictioninpumpintakeline.Gearpump(P2)(front
cuttingunitcircuit)and/orpump(P1)(rearcuttingunitcircuit)couldalso
besuspectedofwear,damage,orinefciency;refertoGearPump(P1)
and(P2)FlowTest(UsingT esterwithFlowMeterandPressureGauge)

15.Aftertestingiscompleted,ensurethattheengineisstopped,thenrelieve
hydraulicsystempressure;refertoReleasingPressurefromtheHydraulic
