1.Starttheengineandletitrununtilwarm.This
warmstheoilsoitdrainsbetter.
2.Parkthemachinesothatthedrainsideisslightly
lowerthantheoppositesidetoassuretheoildrains
completely.
3.Disengagethebladecontrolswitchandmovethe
motioncontrolsoutwardtotheparkposition.
4.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
5.Locatetheoildrainhoseontheleftsideofthe
engine.Thedrainplugisattachedtoadrainhose
routedthroughadrainholeinthemachineframe
(Figure33).Cleantheareaaroundtheoildrainplug
capandtheoildrainhose.
6.Placeapanunderneathmachinedirectlybelowthe
oildrainhoseasshowninFigure33.
