  Several factors can prevent your Toro Compact Loader's engine from starting. Ensure the fuel tank is filled with gasoline and the choke lever is fully forward. Check and clean or replace the air cleaner element if it's dirty. Make sure the spark plug wires are securely connected to the spark plugs and that the spark plugs are new, correctly gapped, and not damaged. Replacing the fuel filter can also help. If there is dirt, water, or stale fuel in the fuel system, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
