General Run Problems
Problem Possible Causes
Battery does not charge. Wiring to the charging circuit components is loose,
corroded or damaged (see Wiring Schematics in
Chapter 8 -- Electrical Diagrams).
Voltage regulator and/or starter/generator is faulty.
Battery is faulty.
Engine stops during operation. Wiring to the run circuit components became broken or
disconnected (see Wiring Schematics in Chapter 8 --
Electrical Diagrams).
RPM shutdown module is faulty (Workman MDX).
Engine or fuel system is malfunctioning (see Engine
Chapter).
